We humbly ask if we can join your community. Profit Jon’s Bagel Camp. We can make a native New Yorker cry (with joy). There is nothing better on the Saturday of the burn than to start the day with a fresh New York Style Bagel. The works – toasted bagels with lox, lots of lox – capers – tomato – onion – cream cheese – mild red onion – we do our best to make the best. Fresh ground coffee most mornings with surprise treats on occasion to make the day start with a smile. It seems that about 10 dozen Bagels takes care of our friends and neighbors and other folks that may wander by. As a warm up we offer 5 dozen Wednesday morning. Not amateurs; no sir (madam), we have been doing this for a few years and we are cookin when we are cooking. Since we do not formally offer food to the general population we do not get a Nevada Culinary License. If it made you more comfy, we would get that license hung on the wall for all to see. But wait, there is more. We bring nice dry clean lumber, lots of it; and a burn barrel. Late night Blue Agave next to a beautiful Hand cut burn barrel designed by Zen-Coyote (great smell and low smoke due to dry lumber). We do not need much frontage and would be more than happy to have the burn barrel in a common area. We generally offer seating for our bagel guests. Last year we were at 3 O’clock Plaza and had 7 residence. Our most well know members are The Photo Sheik and Zen Coyote. Our expected population this year is 5 to 9 folks. We have shade structures for the Bagel Prep area and a wood dome structure: lots of White camo. We will need room for a 24’ class A Motor Home, one large tent, two smaller tents, a Stromberg dome and some common seating and 3 pickups / cars. We police our own MOOP and come prepared. If you would like to know more; send me a note. Ready to be on the playa Profit Jon
